Isavia - CPC course for code 95 - Passenger Transport

NOTE: Professional drivers must register for the course through Starfsmennt. A code will then be sent to participants, which they use to sign up for the course at Ökuland.

The objective of the course is to prepare bus drivers for the demands of the profession, with an emphasis on professional driving techniques and a high level of responsibility toward passengers. Emphasis is placed on students mastering smooth driving to ensure passenger comfort and safety, in addition to gaining a detailed understanding of the laws and regulations governing passenger transport and specialized bus equipment.
Drivers shall recognize their key role as service providers, where professional conduct and communication skills are the foundation of a positive passenger experience. Furthermore, the course seeks to enhance awareness of nature conservation and tourism, ensuring that drivers operate in harmony with the environment and demonstrate responsible behavior at sensitive tourist sites. Upon completion of the course, the driver shall be capable of ensuring safe, eco-friendly, and professional transport in every respect.
